Please note that the deadline for submissions to An Bord Pleanála for the River Poddle Flood Alleviation Scheme has been extended from 16th April 2020 until 11th May 2020.  Please note that this deadline may be further extended when the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government reviews COVID-19 restrictions over the Easter Period.  Please note that all submissions in relation to this Scheme must be made to An Bord Pleanála.

Good morning Sir/Madam,

By order of the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government on 29th March 2020, all time limits on appeals, applications, submissions and decision dates which are due to fall between 29th March 2020 and 20th April 2020 inclusive are extended by 23 days.  As the deadline for submissions on case ref: ABP-306725-20 is 16th April 2020, the extended period of 23 days is added on to the 16th meaning the new date will be 9th May 2020, and as this date falls on Saturday when we are closed, the date goes on to next working day which is Monday 11th May 2020.

Note: The extended period of 23 days may be further extended by the Minister when the Gov. review Covid-19 restrictions this weekend.
